Fee: Sliding scale $15-30 (no one turned away for lack of funds)
The experience will include:
A gentle, restorative yoga practice led by Claire Jacquez
An immersive sound bath with healing instruments facilitated by Karen Hebert, Ph.D. to support relaxation and inner balance
An open sharing circle to foster connection and reflection
